Being able to convey an authentic feeling through still image can sometimes be tricky, but with NICZ Dansation it was very simple.
It was such a joy to work with the students and the staff, capturing their love of dancing together. This photoshoot was to help the team with social media content for the year ahead.
Unfortunately, COVID-19 happened just a few months after these photos were taken, but having this content allowed them to continue connecting with their students. It was wonderful to see the friendships, community and passion for dance translate so naturally in the photos.
This shoot was equally special as I am a student of NICZ myself and it was lovely to work with my friends and fellow dancers & have the photos come to life.
